Weak H earts
Made Strong.

Health and Vigor Restored.

For yean I have suffered from weak action of tfie
Iieart, and three years ago was attacked by La Grippe»
vidch served to intensify the faryuUe. As a result I
was reduced to a very weak state. My nerves were
twacherous, I was irritable, easily alarmed and worried,
Differed a great deal from dizziness, and my Uood was
very thin so that I suffered gteatly from the coM. My
breath was quite short, and I frequently felt as if I was
about to give up the ghost because I had such a queer
feeling in my heart.

Since taking MBbum's Heart and Nerve Pills I am a
great deal better. My nerves are stronger, my blood has
become enriched and revitalized. The constant chifly
feeling is gone, and my blood circulates in a healthy
and vigorous ipanner. My heart is strong, and I am
fcee Jtom the distress wluch arose from its former
weakness. I feel that I should give this information in
order to benefit other sufferers from heart or nerve
troubles, and I willingly do so, as I believe such com-
plaints are very prevalent since La Grippe came to this
country.

expelled by the use of this great Worm Medicine.
Worms prevail mostly in children, but the frequent
use of this Worm Syrup as a laxative has expelled
large numbers of worms from older people, where
the caMse of ill health was not suspected.

WELL PLEASED.

Dear Sirs,— I am pleased to add my testimony in
regard to Dr. Low's Worm Syrup. My little girls,
aged 4 and i respectively, had been ailing for some
time, and my sister a:ia hers said they believed the
trouble was worms, and advised Dr. Low's Worm
Syrup. I got a bottle and am thankful to say that
they were both much benefited by it. The fever and
restlessness soon ceased, and they are both entirely
free from their trouble. Many of our neighbors use
.It, and one man said it cured his little one >f fits.
Our storekeeper says he has a good sale for u, and
can recommend it for all cases of worms.

YEGETABLE MEDICIME. ^

i

Every tree, plant, flower and herb hai its use how-
ever humble it be. Many are useful for fxxl, many
for medicine, and of these latter the Scriptures say :
" The Lord hath created medicines out of the earth,
he that is wise will not abhor them." The virtues
are there for the healing of the nations. To so
combine, in perfect balance, the virtues of a number
of roots, barks, herbs, berries, twigs and leaves, as
to produce a purely vegetable blood purifier and
regulator of the Stomach, Liver and Bowels, has
been the aim of the proprietors of Burdock Blood
Bitters. The light of science and the wisdom of ex-
perience have resulted, as they always do, in pro-
ducing a .;.c:dicine which cures Dyspepsia, Bilious-
ness, Constipation, Sick Headache, Salt Rheum,
Scrofula, Heartburn, Sour Stomach, Dizziness, and
all Blood disease's, from a common pimple to the
worst scrofulous sore. Room for one example only
out of the thousands that testify.

PROVIDENCE THANKED.

It it with pleasure that I recommend B.B.B. for
the cure of Indigestion and Impure Blood. I had
tried many medicines but received no benefit until, I
thank Providence, I was advised to use B.B.B., and
it was with perfect success.

Dear Sirs,— I have used Dr. Fowler's Extract of Wild
Strawberry for the past four years and know it to be
one of tile finest remedies for all kinds of summer
complaints, painful diarrhoea, etc, and I tfierefore
recommend to all persons trouUed in that way.

I have never noticed Fowler's Extract recommended
for cattle, but tried it with success. I had ten head of
cattle that had the scours very bad, so used about three
times tlie quantity one would use for a person, diluting
it with a htt]e water and giving it as a drench. Three
doses made a complete cure, and I wouM not now be

HEART THROBBING.

IT IS CAUSED BY VRONG ACTION
OF THE HEART.

IT IS CURED BY MAKING THE
HEARTS ACTION RIGHT.

This is the way to regfulate and strengrthen
the actions of the heart.

Mr. John Griffiiv tlie well-known and popular chief
clerk in the wine rooms at the St. Lawrence Hotel,
Montreal, tells how he got rid of the distressing heart
symptonu which bothered him for such a long time.

Said Mr. Griffin, "For some time 1 was greatly
trouUed with my hearts Its action was irregular and
caused extreme nervousness. My system became run
down and I suffered much from the throbbing of my
heart, together with dizziness and headache. In fac'
was getting weaker and more miserable day by day, - •
that work became a trouble to me. As you know, m^
business keeps me on my feet all day, and I assure yoa
that it was most trying to me for many a long hour.
Before half the day was over I would get very nervous,
andfedasthoughlcouldnotkeep at my post any longer.

But now all this is changed. Milbum's Heart and
Nerve Pills have been a great boon to me. I did not
have much faith in medicine, as I had taken so much
without effect, but Milbum's Heart and Nerve PiUs
have completely restored me to health. My system is
toned up, my nerves as steady as when I was a
youngster, and my heart beats as regularly as a dock.
I took nothing else but Milbum's Heart and Nerve Pills,
and to them is due the credit of the cure made in my
case. I am aU O JC now, never get nervous, and feel
thankful that these pills were bcDoght to my notice.''

ITS CAUSE AND CURE.

READ THIS ADVICE I

Many dangerous and distressing diseases prevail
in summer and fall. Complaints such as Cholera
Morbus, Cholera Infantum, Diarrhoea, Dysen-
tery, Colic and Bilious Attacks are nearly always
due to an unhealthy condition of the bile and blood,
the attack beiniy excited by indiscretions in diet, bad
air and water, colds, unripe fruit, fermenting food or
anything whi:h causes an excess of bile. Cholera
Morbus and Canadian Cholera are modified forms
of Asiatic Cholera, with many symptoms in com-
mon, such as purging, cramps and collapse. Never
neglect a simple diarrhoea, but avoid opiates and
powerful astringent-:, which sometimes produce
inflammation through too suddenly checking the
discharge. The symptoms in these complaints vary
greatly ; sometimes there is great pain, nausea and
vomiting, in other cases painless diarrhcea exists,
but in all cases the sovereign remedy is Dr. Fowler's
Extract of Wild Strawberry, which promptly arrests
the diarrhoea, soothes the pain and corrects the
unhealthy biliary symptoms.

GcNTLRMEN, — I have for a longf time been afflicted
with extreme nervousness. Frequently I had sharp
pains un' r my heart. At times my memory was
clonded tusin^ me to fbrg^ orders wb)ch were
fpven t; 3\o. Very often there was a sort of mist
came 1 -jore my eyes, and I was extremely dizzy.
Smalt business matters assumed exagnratcd forms,
and I brooded over them. At night I would often
wake up with a' start and it would be a long time
t«i'ore I could af^ain compose myself to sleep. So
anstrungr were mv nerves that I had fits of trembling
occavionaUv^ and cold sensations would run down
my limbs. The l«ast excitement or noise startled me
and set my heart fluttering. I have taken a box of
Milbum's Heart and Nerve Pills, they restored my
nerves to their normal cimdition, and toned up my
system to such an extent that all the distresxingr ail-
ments I have mentioned have completely disappeared.
I say it without any qualification whatever that tbey
are a splendid medicme for heart trouble, shattered
nerves andlheir attending evils.
